First Contact

Let's get to know each other! Reach out any time to set up an initial consultation via phone, email, text or the contact page on this site.

The Initial Consultation

During this meeting we'll go over all the details of your property, including its location, size, condition, and any unique features. Be prepared to discuss your goals, timeline, and any specific requirements or concerns you may have regarding the sale.

The Plan

We'll assess your property, do a competitive market analysis and property valuations, offer insights on pricing strategies, and present to you our unique approach to marketing and preparing your home for sale.

The Agreement

We'll create a listing agreement with:

  1. Property Details

  2. Listing Price

  3. Listing Duration

  4. Commission Structure

  5. Agent's Duties and Responsibilities

  6. Seller's Obligations

  7. Termination Clause

The Preparations

We start the preparations to list your house! This process is different for every client, depending on the unique needs of their home, but can include:

- Decluttering

- Putting items in storage

- Arranging for repairs

- Home Staging and styling

The Listing

Once your home is photo ready we'll arrange for one of our photographers to capture your home looking its best. We'll then write the description that will be used in your listing on the MLS and all other home sites (Realtor.com, Zillow, etc). A great description combined with fantastic photos makes for a powerful selling tool .

The Marketing

We'll start promoting your home through our website, social media, Youtube, the Compass platform and within the Realtor community. Through video, newsletters and one-on-one contact we'll start spreading the word about your property! Between our social media accounts and mailing lists we have over 40 000 contacts ready to hear about your home!

Offers, Negotiation & Closing

The final and most important step. We'll field all offers received and communicate them to you promptly. We'll discuss all your options and decide if the next steps are acceptance or drafting a counteroffer. Most importantly, we'll be right beside you every step of the way.
