Furniture Flow & Color Consultation
We offer free furniture arranging and colour advice to our sellers in preparing their homes, but also to buyers after they have purchased!
When necessary we can also arrange for decluttering & organization of your home for an additional fee. Let us handle the dirty work for you so your house can shine!

Home Styling
Using our existing inventory of pillows, art, accessories and small furnishings combined with your existing furniture we'll give your home a complete refresh for your listing photos and open house.
We'll also bring in greenery and plants to finish off your space. This is a complimentary service we offer all our Home Selling clients

Full Home Staging
The stats are in: Staged homes sell faster and for more money than empty homes. Adding furniture, art and textiles not only adds warmth to the home, but helps buyers understand scale, flow and utility of rooms. Using our existing inventory we manage and design your home staging project as part of our client services (rentals not included) The costs for this service range from $2.50-$5 per square foot
