Los Angeles is a city made up of many unique neighborhoods, each with its own personality and story. Within the city there are more than 100 officially recognized neighborhoods, along with many smaller, locally known areas shaped by the people who live there. Every area offers something a little different. Our founders know two of these areas firsthand—Angela lives in the San Fernando Valley, and Anthony lives in NELA—bringing local insight and a genuine love for the communities we focus on.

The San Fernando Valley is known for its wide, sunny streets, strong sense of community, and easygoing Southern California lifestyle. Made up of a mix of family-friendly neighborhoods, vibrant commercial hubs, and hillside enclaves, the Valley offers everything from classic mid-century homes to newer developments and quiet cul-de-sacs. With great schools, abundant parks, and convenient access to both the city and the outdoors, the San Fernando Valley is a place where people put down roots and truly feel at home.

Northeast Los Angeles is a collection of close-knit, character-filled neighborhoods known for their creative energy and historic charm. With its mix of hillside homes, early 20th-century architecture, and locally loved cafés and shops, NELA offers a more intimate, community-driven feel. Residents are drawn to its walkable pockets, cultural diversity, and strong neighborhood pride, all while enjoying easy access to Downtown Los Angeles and the rest of the city.
