This 3 bed 2 bath home was owner occupied but needed a refresh to appeal to modern day buyers. We brought in new furniture to mix with the owners existing pieces, then added new art, textiles, florals and accessories. After sitting on the market for over 6 months we were finally able to convince the sellers to try our staging services. Within 2 weeks of staging this home we received an offer and closed the deal.
