Our clients were looking for a big change, having recently sold their home in Texas and setting their sites on California living. Having lived in multiple countries and countless cities, owning many properties over the years our clients were very savvy and knew what they wanted. Walkability to libraries and restaurants was a priority, as well as being part of a safe and well maintained community. After exploring multiple properties we knew this one was the "the one" after about 15 minutes. Having sold all their furniture along with their home in Texas this home was also the perfect match. We negotiated for it to come fully furnished with good quality pieces (ppl in the know will spot the Vladimir Kagen chairs from a mile away!) Hummingbirds and lemon trees right outside the covered terrace were extra magic touches, and now our clients are enjoying their winters in Palm Springs and their summers in Canada!
