Our clients were on the hunt for their first home, however as first time buyers they were unsure as to whether a single family home or a townhouse was the right choice for them, and also were unsure of which neighborhood to choose.

Our solution? Getting off the internet and hitting the streets! We curated lists of homes within each category then spent multiple weekends exploring each option with them. By spending time together looking at homes in person we were able to narrow things down and help our clients learn where their priorities lay. In the end they decided a townhouse was the right choice for them, and we narrowed it down to a few choices. The final choice was a high quality build that had been sitting for a minute, and had just had a significant price reduction. We put in an offer, but found ourselves in a multiple offer situation. By working closely with the lender we determined we could offer a shorter escrow period, helping us beat out the other offers, and winning out client a great home at a great price.
