We met these lovely buyers at an Open House earlier this year and immediately hit it off. They were ready to stop giving their money away to rent every month, and start investing in themselves. As first time buyers and self employed people they weren't sure where to start though!

Our solution? The first step was setting them up with a lender who specializes in working with self employed people. We discussed their business structure and determined the type of loan that would be best for them, then we were ready to write the offer. This home ended up having multiple offers within days of going live on the market though, including ours! Even though our clients were out of town when it went live we were there in person from day 1, filming a video walkthrough of the home to send to them and giving feedback on the area. When they arrived back in LA we arranged a private viewing for them, then worked together with the lender to finalize the offer in record time. By communicating closely with the listing agent we were able to determine the ideal terms for the seller, and beat out two other offers.
